CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking online, you will need to make a deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit is listed next to each service, and will go 100% towards the service total of your appointment. In the event of cancelling or rescheduling, please read below: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be put towards a different appointment. If you no-show your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. I may or may not re-book you in the future if you no-show me. If I cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded completely! If I reschedule you, we can put the deposit towards the new appointment. The deposit is a non-negotiable, non-refundable retainer that goes directly towards your appointment grand total!

"Fix it" Policy

If your service does not go as planned, you do not receive the service you wanted, or a mishap happens to where your hair is not what you asked for during the consultation, I will do a free adjustment. Please let me know if you need an adjustment within 36 hours after your service. I will not adjust color services after the 36 hour time period. I am also not responsible for any damage done to your hair at-home or by the result of any other stylist. I want you to love your hair! Please let me know if anything is not to your liking!

 

Child Policy

To ensure safety and a relaxing hair experience, I do not allow children under the age of 10 in my suite unless they are getting their hair done. Due to being in a luxury salon with multiple massage therapists and relaxing spa experts, I am respecting their space by keeping a "chaos-free" environment.
